📦 Returns & Refund Policy

We make stickers we’re proud of—and we want you to feel the same when you open your order.

If something’s off, we’ll fix it. No hassle.

🧾 The Basics

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to reach out about an issue.

Since everything we make is custom, we don’t do blanket returns—but if we mess something up, we’ll make it right.

✅ We’ve got you covered if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • There’s a printing defect
  • You received the wrong item

📦 To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

❌ We can’t offer refunds if:

  • The wrong info was submitted (address, design, size, etc.)
  • The design itself had errors (like typos you approved)
  • The product has been used or altered

 

📩 Start a Return

Send us an email at puckdrop@madpuckstickers.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

If it’s on us, we’ll:

  • Replace it, or
  • Refund it

No hoops, no stress.

⚠️ Check Your Order ASAP

Give your stickers a quick look when they arrive.

If something’s wrong, contact us within 7 days so we can fix it fast.

 

🚫 What We Don’t Take Back

Because everything is made just for you, we don’t accept returns on:

  • Custom orders without defects
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Not sure? Ask us before ordering—we’re happy to help.

 

🔄 Want Something Different?

We don’t do direct exchanges.

If you want a new version, just place a new order—we’ll still help with any valid issue from the original one.

 

💰 Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It’ll go back to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

If it’s taking longer than expected, reach out—we’ll check it out.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in CAD (unless otherwise stated)
  • Payments must be completed at checkout before production begins
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

 

4. Production & Shipping

  • Production times are estimates and may vary
  • Shipping times depend on the carrier and location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Any customs or import fees (if applicable)

 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins
  • Once production starts, changes are not guaranteed

MadPuck Stickers is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Losses resulting from misuse of products
  • Errors in customer-provided files

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for:
